Please be careful while communicating with the parents regarding the classes. There have been instances of people being fooled on the pretext of getting paid and getting away with their money. After you buy a membership & register yourself with Home Tuition Services, you need not make any payments to anyone. Be mindful of the parents asking you to scan any QR codes or click on any links. Home Tuition Services is not liable for any deals between parent and teacher.
By creating a Tutor Profile at Home Tuition Services you are allowing us to send you SMS and email alerts relevant to your profile. If you want to unsubscribe the alerts, Log in to your account and navigate to My Account section.
Tutors have to submit a copy of their Address Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Etc) Two Coloured Passport Size Photographs and Last Obtained Educational Qualification.
To become a tutor with Home Tuition Services, You are required to submit documents mentioned below
Aadhar Card
Voter ID Card
Passport (Optional)
Driving license
Educational certificates
Tutors must abide by the ethical code of conduct mentioned by Home Tuition Services and must not indulge in any other activities other than teaching like promising admission in reputed colleges or any other kind of proposals. In such cases, Home Tuition Services holds the rights to terminate the agreement without any compensation.
Home Tuition Services is not liable for any false promises made by the tutor other than mentioned in the membership plans. In that case, Home Tuition Services and parents/Student both are free to initiate legal actions against the tutor.
Tutors are required to update their current contact details and address with Active Tutions as soon as possible. If demanded, Tutors must show their academic certificates & Identity card to the parents.
Tutors must be punctual to their class and dress properly. Any kind of repetitive complaints against a tutor will make them eligible for reviewing their membership & action will be taken.
Active Tutions holds the rights to add, modify and delete any of the terms & conditions point without any prior notice.
For Parents/Students
Home Tuition Services will facilitate finding a tutor that best suit your child's requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
Tutors must be treated with respect and dignity.
The final decision to hire a tutor for their child lies with the parents/student
The teaching process shall take place in presence of at least one family member in the room.
We take full precautions and try to validate all the documents submitted by the tutor, but parents are required to ask for the valid documents before commencement of the class. we do not take guarantee of the authenticity of the documents.
Parents/Students are suggested to Pay Tuition Fees through our Platform only. We will pay the amount to the teacher at the end of your sessions after taking a status update from parents/students. However, If you pay directly to the tutor and any dispute occurs, Home Tuition Services will not be responsible.
Home Tuition Services will not give any guarantee of the Student's progress and also not responsible if any stealing activity happens by the tutor. Tutors are being observed by the parents/Caretakers during the tuition time.
If you do not agree to these Terms you are requested NOT TO USE THIS PLATFORM.
Home Tuition Services reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned terms and conditions with or without giving any prior notice.
